Shipping Policy
We always strive to get your orders to you as soon and efficiently as possible. Here is what you can expect regarding our shipping process:
Domestic Shipping:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.
Shipping Charges: Shipping for your order will be calculated and reflected at the time of checkout. Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5 business days depending on your location as a customer. Expedited shipping options are available at check-out.
Tracking Info: A confirmation e-mail/whatsup will be sent after shipment from which the tracking number can be used to track the package.
Shipping: We ship to several countries around the world. Shipping cost and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These are usually collected by the delivering courier or other local authority. Please note this amount cannot be requested from the seller or passed on to them. Some countries may charge import duties and taxes. For this please check with your customs office.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once the order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every little bit of your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we are here for assistance with an effortless return process.
Return Eligibility:
Products should be returned within 5 days after the date of delivery of your order and UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Products should still be in their original condition unused and with all tags and packaging in place.
The following products are not returnable: [non-returnable items like personalized goods, hygiene products, etc.]
How to Return an Item:
Return Request: Email to our customer service with your order number along with an explanation of why you would like to return the item. We will provide instructions.
Box Item: Pack in original box to help avoid any damage that occurred while the item was shipped.
Ship Item: You will be responsible for costs of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and process the inspection, we’ll inform you through email/Whatsup regarding the acceptance status of your refund. In case your refund gets accepted, then your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
The original shipping cost is not refundable.
Exchange:
We will exchange for you defective/incorrect items on order. Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your order and we will expedite the exchange as soon as we possibly can.
Damaged or Wrong Order:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please let us know within 24 hrs after receiving your order.
